Giving an IPFS node or gateway I want to get all new pinned files from it

Hello Everyone,

Ultimate Goal: “Get all files or CIDs / Hashes pinned from a specific IPFS node / gateway”
If that not possible: Then listen to an IPFS node / gateway and when a new file pinned log the CID / HASH to the console.

I don’t want to receive all messages from connected peers just want to connect to a specific node and receive all gossip messages from that node. or if I can achieve the ultimate goal that would be even better.
