How can I run my own server like the one at wss://nyc-2.bootstrap.libp2p.io and have libp2p correctly use it to dial peers with addresses like /p2p-circuit/ipfs/QmQfzzs8kv3NNABUVCL4cmQ7Q18KbM8Vn66eDw9qgEUaEH?
(That one keep failing plus my service is moving into production mode and should be able to support itself.)
