Stemming from the confusion between 127.0.01 or localhost, or the corrected 127.0.0.1. All are wrong! There are only about 65k ports and it’s a struggle to prevent collisions. When applications are depending on other abstractions to provide TLS, it’s advised that domain sockets be used.
