Say I have a bootstrap nodes running two DHT protocols (i.e., two different protocol IDs), is it possible to enforce access control on a per protocol basis? i.e., I want to only allow a set of known IDs to join a particular protocol.
I’m aware of connection gaters but AFAIK they are applied to all protocols running at a given host.
